Boarding: Arrive 45 minutes before departure, check-in with divemaster (host), show certification card and come fully prepared with all equipment. Please be neat and tidy on the ship. Make sure you have all your gear built and functioning before departure.
Cancellation Policy: Zero refund within the 7 days of departure date. If beyond 7 days, a $30 reschedule or return fee applies.
Dive Sites: Sites are TBD by "Best Conditons". Visibility, tide & wind control site location. Dive Conditions
Meals: Sorry but it's boat food, so don't expect anything gourmet or super healthy. If you have a specialized meal plan, please bring your own.
Hunting: Spearguns are not allowed. Responsible, state licensed Lobster grabbers ok (male Lobsters only). Learn About CA Lobsters
Gratuity Rule: If you enjoyed the service you received, tip the crew. It's customary here in the US to tip $20pp at the end of the day tip-jar.
Directions: Directions to local dive boats
Equipment: You're responsible for all your own gear & personal items. We are not allowed to make repairs. Rental gear is not available onboard the ships. Back-up gear is for enrolled students only.
Rental: Come fully prepared with gear that you rented for your local dive shop the day before. Our Rental Form
Boat Waiver: Signed waivers must be collected before launch. Boat Waiver
Covid Release & Waiver: By purchasing your ticket you will agree to the fill-out the required release, waiver and agreement.
DAN Protection: Supplemental dive accident coverage is always recommended. DAN Diver Protection
Minors: Parent or legal guardian need to board ship and complete waivers before departure.
Fever Rule: During Covid19, if your temprature reads above normal you will not be allowed to board the boat. Sorry no refund.
Covid19 Protocols: I agree to follow Covid protocals set by the charter company I select. Daily protocals are established upon boarding time.

Eco Dive Center and the local boat charter company's are adhering to CDC guidelines with regards to social distancing and other measures to ensure the safety of our community.
We ask for your participation in the following:
-Stay home if you are experiencing any signs of illness.
-Avoid unnecessary contact and gathering in groups larger than 6 people total on the dock or on the boat deck.
-Wear gloves if using the dock carts or avoid the use of dock carts altogether.
-Refrain from spitting in your mask to prevent mask fogging. Please use commercial mask defogger.
-Ensure your assigned spot on the boat has only the bare minimum gear, leave unnecessary gear at home or in your vehicle.
-At the end of the day, Rinse your wetsuits in the showeroom.
-Wash your equipment when you return home with warm soapy water and hang to dry.
-Bring own water, juices and do not share with others on the boat.
-Bring your own PPE like hand sanitizer & masks for between dives.
-Follow recommended guidelines listed on CDC and as provided by the boat crew at all times.
-Help-out & fill-out your waivers correctly & in a timely matter so we can launch the boat.
