There are tons of dive sites all along the Southern California coast, and the Palos Verdes area is home to many great places to dive! The fish to see here include the garibaldi, opaleye, and black surf perch. Lobsters, rays and horn sharks have been spotted here as well.

Depth for this dive site is around 35 feet but you can venture further down to about 50 feet about 300 yards from shore. There are lots of peaks and valleys to explore all around this site. There is a public parking area at Terranea Resort at the top of the hill. A wagon or wheeled cart is recommended to transport your gear down the long paved path to the beach. There is no hunting in this area as it is part of two different conservation areas.
