In the meantime, you can get a head start by beginning your online coursework right away. Simply sign up, and after we verify your account over the phone, we’ll send you your personal learning code so you can dive into the materials at your own pace.
What's Included in the Course:
- Open Water Diver online eLearning course code (SDI eLearning code is included in tuition valued at $157, PADI is an additional $95).
- Lifetime Open Water Diver certification.
- Island boat diving trip to Catalina Island or Anacapa Island
- Scuba equipment rentals for the course duration. (Does not include Snorkel Gear)
- Instructor rates for a pool and class day, a boat day and a beach dive.
- Pool use expenses on any saturday.

Prerequisites:

- Basic swim skills
- 10yrs and older
- Complete all documents including a Diver Medical Form IF you require a medical clearance you must obtain that prior to scheduled in water ssessions.

- Parking lot fees (harbor parking lot).
- Food (pack food, water, swimsuit, towel and sunblock).
- Rides to locations.

Schedule:
This course fee is based on a 3 day training schedule though there is always room to customize beyond this starter private package.
Day1: Pool and Classroom Day (Upt to 6 hours included)
Our Available Pool Day is Saturdays - Use your own pool and we can make any day of the week work
Day 2: Boat Day - Our Scheduled Dive boats are on Sundays and typically are from 7am to 5pm (All Boat tickets and 3 dives are included)
Day 3: Beach Dive - The Beach Dive is flexible and typically takes 2-3 hours. We typically use beach dive sites in Redondo Beach though that is subject to conditions. (You can opt for a second boat day for the cost of the 2 boat tickets and $300 for your instructor for the day)
