You will be guided through the basics under the direct supervision of an Eco Dive Center instructor.
- You'll learn how to make yourself weightless and swim around effortlessly.
- Practice how to relax, and enjoy breathing underwater.
- Skills and safety rules that will carry over to your full scuba certification course when you take the next step.
- All the equipment you will need is included, built and ready for you try on.

Saturday's at Hawthorne City Pool (12501 S Inglewood Ave.) at 1pm (Late Aug -Mid June) and at 5pm (mid June to late Aug)

Tuesday's at The Hotel Figueroa Pool (939 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015) at 6pm (Only offered at the Hotel June through mid September
